Animal Pottery Workshop

Location: Willows End Tea Room
Date: Thursday 30th April 2026 & Thursday 14th May 2026
Time: 10am (both dates)
Duration: 2 hours 
Cost: £35 per person - this covers the cost for BOTH sessions (£10 non-refundable deposit, £25 on the day) 
 
What will I do in this craft session?
In this workshop we will be learning the pinch pot techniques and using it to create an animal sculpture. This technique has been used around the world for thousands of years, to produce a wide range of vessels from food storage pots to highly decorated ornate vases. We will be adapting this technique to create a small animal sculpture of your choice.
The cost of the workshop includes two sessions, one to make and one to decorate.
 
When will my piece be ready to collect?
Your finished masterpiece will be available for collection at the tearoom approximately 2 weeks after the decoration session and Julie will confirm this date at the workshop.
 
What does the cost include?
The cost includes all the materials you need to create your special designs. Drinks and food available to purchase separately.

This session is aimed at adults.
